The Training Room was founded in 1994 by William Bolesta, who still serves as the company’s president. Bolesta created a unique DME delivery model in response to a handful of orthopedic practices that wanted to expand patient services without adding significant expense.

Since then, The Training Room has steadily grown, brought its model to more practices, developed services for wider array of disciplines and expanded its service area. Today, The Training Room partners with dozens of practices and hospitals in several states.
